Whether you’re a small business, a large corporation, or a scrappy start-up, having happy, healthy employees is key to your success. But how do you make that happen? (Hint: It’s not a pizza party.)

Research has shown that forest and nature therapy sessions can reduce workplace stress, lower blood pressure, reduce cortisol levels, and improve mood. (Read more about the science behind forest and nature therapy here.) And the right kind of forest and nature therapy sessions can also become a positive team-building experience.
I offer a variety of sessions that incorporate elements of traditional forest bathing, mindful movement, and team activities, all in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Here’s just a sample of what’s possible:
- an hour-long stress reduction workshop focusing on mindful movement and breathwork among the trees
- a three-hour mini-retreat built on classic shinrin-yoku as developed in Japan in the 1980s to aid stressed-out workers.
- a two-hour forest therapy session designed to foster sharing and a sense of common purpose among participants

We’ll set up a time to chat by phone or Google Meet and discuss how to create an experience that’s enjoyable and beneficial for your team, as well as the best location in Milwaukee County (additional locations may be available depending on your needs).
Pricing is based on multiple factors, including length of session, number of participants, and location, but I’ll work with you to find options that are a good fit. I also offer discounts for first responders and animal shelter staff.
