Whether you are interested in setting up a 1:1 session or small-group forest and nature therapy experience, let’s talk.

Private sessions begin with a pre-session chat, by phone or Google Meet, when we’ll discuss what kind of experience might be the best fit for you. Here’s just a small sample of the kinds of experiences I provide:
- a two-hour traditional shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) experience for book club members reading the brilliant Braiding Sweetgrass
- an hour-long session in a backyard, focusing on breathwork, for someone who had recently received a life-altering diagnosis
- a series of weekly sessions for an individual adjusting to a number of big changes in life
- a two-hour mindful movement and forest bathing session for a bride-to-be and her bridesmaids to kick off a spa-themed bachelorette weekend. (Very fun!)
As a cancer survivor and someone with personal experience of autoimmunity, I appreciate the chance to work with people recently diagnosed or living with serious illness. I believe everyone can find a special kind of healing immersed in nature, and I’m living proof of that.
Forest therapy for children and teenagers is a specialized practice and, at this time, I offer sessions for ages 18 and up.
Definitely check out the science behind forest and nature therapy, and visit the About page for more information about the training and background I bring to my practice.
Interested in setting up a session? Email me at forestcreatureMKE [at] gmail.com to get the conversation started. We’ll set up a time to chat by phone or Google Meet and discuss how to create an experience that’s enjoyable and beneficial, as well as the best location in Milwaukee County (additional locations may be available depending on your needs).
Pricing is based on multiple factors, including length of session, number of participants, and location, but I’ll work with you to find options that are a good fit.
